We have been using the Omoton vertical laptop stand for a few weeks now and we do recommend it to anyone who owns more than one device or needs something to keep the desk organized when the laptop is not in use. It is available as a single-dock (can hold one laptop) and double-dock stand (can hold more than one device). Both of them are equally stable and well-built. 

Let’s start our Omoton Vertical Laptop Stand review by looking at some of its key features:

• Material: frame is made of aluminum. The lining is made of silicone pads  
• Weight: 690g or 24.33oz
• Color option: black, grey, silver
• Texture of the frame is very much like a Macbook pro. 
• It is durable and scratch-resistant. 
• Available as double-dock as well as single-dock holders 
• The width of the docks can be adjusted between 0.55in / 14mm and 1.65in / 42mm. To change the width, you need to use a screwdriver, which is included in the set.

Stability 

As you can see in our video review, the Omoton vertical laptop stand has a wide base with perfectly-sized docks to prevent your laptop from falling. It is heavy enough to bear the weight of two laptops without wobbling. 

Don’t worry if you have just one laptop at the moment or if the devices are not of the same size or weight. Even if you place just one device, it won’t throw off the balance. 

The bottom of the stand is coated with silicone pads to provide excellent stability. It won’t tip over with the slightest bump. Your device is going to stay safe in it. 

Adjustability 

Having adjustable docks, the Omoton vertical laptop stand can accommodate laptops of almost all makes and models including Chromebook, Macbook, tablets, and phones up to 17.3”. As mentioned above, the width of the slots can be adjusted from 0.55 inches to 1.65 inches. As per our knowledge, this covers pretty much every laptop available in the market. 

To adjust the width, you need to loosen the screws at the base of the stand using the provided screwdriver. This is a bit tricky. You will have to loosen all the screws, then you need to flip it over and place your laptop inside the dock and see how much you need to adjust the width. Then you have to flip it back, adjust the width, and finally tighten the screw. You may have to attempt this process a few times until you have adjusted the width of the docks to fit your laptop snugly. 

Well, this is a one-time process, unless you change your laptop or use some other device. So, there is nothing much to complain about.   

Pros: 

• The grooves are thoroughly lined with silicone non-slip mats to protect your device against scratches. 
• Both the grooves are adequately spaced, so the laptop won’t brush against each other when they are resting or even when you try to put them in or take them out. 
• The Omoton vertical laptop stand is made of sandblasted aluminum. So, it is scratch-resistant. Plus, it has a smooth elegant texture. 
• Budget-friendly and portable. 
• Numerous buyers have mentioned the promptness and helpfulness of Omoton’s customer service team. They have stated that the team promptly reached out and replaced the faulty product with a new one. Now, that’s something praiseworthy. Not many companies take so much interest in their clients’ satisfaction. 

Cons: 

• Some buyers have stated that being a very basic stand with no fancy features, this product is expensive. Nevertheless, most buyers didn’t mind paying more because more than 96% of buyers have found it a great product, which is why they have rated it 4-stars and above.
• A few buyers didn’t like the position of the logo; big, centered, and engraved into the metal. The logo could have been made smaller and placed at some corner or maybe at the bottom. 
• A few buyers have reported cosmetic issues such as improper finish, paint chipping, etc. such issues are purely cosmetic and can be ignored considering that Omoton vertical laptop stand is a premium quality product sold at an affordable price.
